Ashley and Grant’s wedding day was a true reminder of why flexibility, trust, and teamwork matter so much in wedding planning.
When we arrived at the venue that morning, the weather had other plans, a torrential downpour, with the ceremony set to take place outdoors. Despite the uncertainty, everyone stayed calm, hopeful, and ready to pivot if needed. And then, almost as if on cue, the day completely transformed.
The rain cleared, the sun came out, and the afternoon turned into a stunning, hot summer’s day allowing us to bring Ashley and Grant’s outdoor ceremony vision fully to life. Seeing everything come together after such a dramatic start made the moment feel even more special.
The overall design was classic and elegant, centered around a timeless palette of white and green, with pops of yellow. The tablescapes were a standout feature, layered with lush white blooms, fresh fruit, and delicate pearl details that added texture and softness without feeling overdone. Each table felt thoughtful, elevated, and beautifully balanced. Scalloped stationery tied the entire design together, adding a subtle sense of romance and refinement. From ceremony to reception, every element worked cohesively to create a look that felt intentional, polished, and effortlessly stunning.
This day was truly a team effort - from vendors to the couple themselves - and the result was a wedding that felt calm, beautiful, and full of joy. A perfect ending to a day that began with uncertainty and ended in absolute summer magic.
