CCWE is now offering Pop-up Weddings - preplanned all-inclusive ceremony packages where we do all the heavy lifting so that you, your partner, and up to 20 guests can do the celebrating!

With a Pop-Up Wedding the wedding planner books the vendors, manages the logistics, designs the concept, and runs the entire day. All a couple needs to do is book a day and time and show up with their guests.

Pop-Up Weddings are perfect for couples who want a stylish, budget friendly, and low stress wedding day.

Each day has its own theme, with three 2-hour timeslots.

Pop-up wedding package: $4,500 + HST.

For services that ordinarily have a $13,000 + HST value.

      - A contract for you to sign
      - Information on how to make your payment

    Payment is due in full upon booking.

What's Included

  • 2-hour timeslot for couple plus 20 guests

  • Full planning and day of coordination

  • Email, phone correspondence, and 2 meetings with the planner and detailed itinerary

  • Set up and take down

  • Venue - including permits and insurance

  • Décor

  • Rentals, including guest seating, arbour, cocktail tables, etc.

  • Bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s)

  • Ceremony floral arrangements delivered and installed

  • Licensed officiant

  • Photographer - including 2 hours of photography, approximately 80-100 digital images, and 3 8x10 prints. Also included is $100 off any future sessions with Viara.
